The Laser Pin is used for processing plaster molds and plaster pins. The machine has a laser positioning system. The working platform and main axis are aligned. The depth of drilling can be adjusted by a rotary switch, with a minimum adjustment depth of 0.15mm.

Instruction:

1. Open the package, check whether the machine and accessories are complete, and read this manual carefully.

2. Insert the power cord into the power supply and press the rocker switch upward. The laser light turns on and the motor rotates.

3. Place the gypsum model to be drilled on the worktable. Align the laser with the drilling position. Hold the gypsum model and worktable with both hands, keeping their relative position unchanged. Press the worktable down slowly, and the drill bit will drill the required hole on the model.

Cautions:

1. This machine should be kept away from moisture and handled with care.

2. Keep hands away from the small hole in the center of the worktable.

3. After the laser is aimed at the center of the plaster model drilling, hold the model with both hands until the end of the drilling, keeping the relative position of the plaster model and the workbench unchanged.

4. When the bit becomes blunt, remove the swivel head with the wrench provided with the machine, sharpen the top edge, or replace the swivel head with a new one.
