I love this thing! It warms my body instead of warming the room like forced air does. I use it to keep me warm on cold nights, and to warm my hands while I am working during the day. I have Raynaud's, which cuts circulation to my hands and toes and makes them cold, painful, and sometimes numb. This heat emitter warms my hands/feet and restores circulation. I wish I had bought it earlier.
I do wish that it had a bigger emitter head; it covers a relatively small area and you do have to be very close. Also, it's a little hard to aim it in the right direction. But it really does exactly what it says, and works so well.
Works well so far. I have had no issues with it not heating up. I typically use it for about an hour a day. I will amend the review if this changes. For those who have complained that theirs was not heating up & the seller is really saying it's not supposed to get hot, it's simply not true. It should and does get hot.
