Excellent product, for some reason, the light makes me relax and sleep which is a good thing for me. It helps with muscle pain and that sleep promotion that this product gives is a bonus.

Due to a prescription I'm taking, one ankle and foot began to swell. Sitting with my foot under the infrared lamp for about 90 minutes reduces the swelling and makes me more comfortable.
