Features:

1. The lid is equipped with a safety valve and an air releasing valve. When the steam pressure exceeds 0.16 MPa, the safety valve releases excess pressure. The lid is also equipped with a pressure gauge with pressure and temperature readings.

2. The product is heated by an immersed electrothermal tube. Liquefied petroleum gas and a coal stove can also be used as heating sources.

3. The container and drum are made of stainless steel 0Cr18Ni9Ti.

Safety and Maintenance:

1. This unit is a steam pressure vessel. Avoid impact during use and do not exceed the rated pressure. If the pressure gauge pointer reaches 0.165 MPa and the safety valve does not exhaust, stop using the unit and check the safety valve.

2. The pointer should be at the zero position before using the pressure gauge. Otherwise, the gauge may have failed and should be repaired or replaced. The pressure gauge should be calibrated 1–2 times per year.

3. Drain the water inside the container and the condensed water below the sieve plate. Wipe off water and deposits on the electrothermal tube. The gasket is subject to wear. If it does not work well, check whether it has become aged and hard, and replace it as needed.
