Disappointing since we were careful with it and this broke under normal wear and tear occasional use. We only use it about 1-2x/week. Have contacted the company and am waiting to hear back on whether replacement is covered under warranty. **UPDATE ** The seller sent me a replacement triturator when it was determined that the prong could not be repaired. I appreciated their responsiveness to the situation and follow-through! That is better customer service than I was expecting because it is not an American distributor/company.
