Purpose:

This equipment is used to mold various plastic sheets, such as: orthodontic braces, teeth whitening braces, bruxism protectors, sports mouthguards, etc.

Description

1. The material can be heated immediately after the heater is turned on.

2. The material is pressed vertically onto the model. All parts of the material are pressed at the same time.

3. Thermostatic technology for heating temperature control.

4. The side of the material placed directly over the model is heated. The surface temperature of this side can reach up to 60°C higher.

5. Positive pressure molding for materials of varying thicknesses up to 4–5 mm.
