I purchased an item from alandental and I was worried that the item was not arrive on time, and I needed the item before July 30th. So, I contacted the seller for info about the delivery date of my item. Next day I had a message back with tracking number, and I was told by the seller that I did not have to worry that my item was going to get to me on time. Sure enough it did arrived on time

The telephone number for service does not connect.The product I have received has no user manual or warranty .The hand piece will not lock to open the collet for exchange of bits. I have emailed re these issues but as yet have received no reply. This is very unprofessional and I would not recommend your services to anyone based on my experience.
