Does this motor have variable speed? Can it be used with Australian power outlets? Does it come with a hand piece? Can you get extra hand pieces? How much are they? We use tungsten carbide burrs to carve bone and shell. Would these burrs be ok to use with this unit? Thank you.

Thanks for your reply.
MICRO-NX® New Micro Motor M4-170SH 50,000rpm can be adjusted the speed manually.
It can used with Australian power outlets.
It comes with a hand piece, but no extra hand pieces.
The burrs are ok to use with this unit.
