Since I didn't have access to an agar plate to see if my instruments were sterile or just clean, I used the sterilizer and then swirled the tips of the instrument in a sterile test tube filled with sterile saline. I covered the tube and then waited for cloudiness. After a few days, nada. So I spun the saline down and then looked for a pellet in the bottom of the tube. Still nada. Lastly, I poured out the supernatant and placed a drop of the saline on a slide. No bacteria! The outer box says "sanitizer" but the label on the unit says "sterilizer", so it's a bit confusing, but it seems to get hot enough for me to be comfortable using it for "clean" procedures, but for surgery? Autoclave.

It's great and really works and passes health inspection.

Great Camera barriers for the DY-50 camera. Far less than any dental supply company and fit the camera perfect. Images are not blurry or washed out due to the barriers like some other manufacturers.

Impressed for the money it gives an excellent image. The sheaths work better if you stretch the plastic tip to almost tearing point to ensure a good contact with the camera head. Software a little clubky but in investigating third oarty. Great buy. Makes case explanation so much easier. Paid for itself on single case. Genuine review from AU Dentist.

I ordered this loupe for hobby work and DIY jobs around the house with some reluctance. The price seemed too low for a high quality product. I was very surprised when I opened the nicely made semi-hard zipper case and removed a beautifully finished product. I was even more surprised when I adjusted them and tried the magnification on a project. The optical quality is quite good; more than adequate for my needs. A word to the wise for those who are not knowledgeable about optical magnification. Proper adjustment is critical to achieve binocularity. If they are just a little to wide or narrow, you will be seeing out of one lens or even worse, experience double vision. The distance between lenses must be close to the distance between your pupils at the near distance. You can find this out from your eyeglass prescription, your eye doctor, or have someone measure the distance between your pupils with a small ruler. After this is set, they must be angled so that they point roughly toward the focal distance (in this case 420 mm). The back of the lenses should come as close to resting on the spectacle lenses behind them as possible. My only other comment is that if you have a lot of astigmatism (greater than about 0.50 diopters-look at your glasses RX) or wear a strong plus or minus glasses correction, you would probably be better off with similar loupes that clip onto your glasses. Overall I am delighted with this product and would buy it again.

Make sure the head of the lamp is pushed all the way in, into the stand housing. When I first received this product, I thought it was defective (the head of the lamp didn't stay attached to the stand). However, after I started the return process I realized that the product wasn't defective at all. You just have to push the head of the lamp pretty hard into the housing on the stand. After realizing this I cancelled the return process. I am happy with this purchase.

I used these bowls for mixing plaster to use in a silicone mould. The product was ideal, as the unused portion of dried plaster was so easy to remove.

Used only 3 times for temps but so far so good. I don’t use it much so fits my office.
