I needed a small vacu-form machine for a project that I am working on so I thought that I would take a chance on this based on price. What did I have to lose? On the outside it appears pretty well built. I did not open it up to see what is inside. It has worked surprisingly well with good consistent results but here are my recommendations. 1.)Buy the manufacturers Dental Splint material to use with it. I am using the 1.5mm hard splint material. It is a little bit expensive but works better than other materials I have tried. 2.)Watch some YouTube videos on how it works. They help. 3.)Getting the material temperature correct is key. Rather than go by time, I look underneath the splint material and wait until the sag reaches the bottom of the frame. Then turn on the vacuum, turn off the heat and drop the frame onto the mold. FYI, I am making my molds on a 3d Resin Printer. The resin prints appear to withstand the heat of the machine.

I love this model so much!! I use it all the time with patients to discuss tooth replacement options. I love that the implant includes an abutment and a separate crown. I love that you can show the view from the gingiva or a cross section of the bone. It’s sturdy. It’s heavy. It’s so clear. And it’s reasonably priced.

Needed this for my magnification loupes while waiting on new battery. While I don't love the clip on attachment the light holds a 8 hour use charge--is bright enough with an overhead lighting source and is a life saver for interim use. Recommend for anyone needing a back-up or that has not added light to loupes due to cost. Would love to see them change to an attached option instead of just clip on.

I am a dental hygienist. I had a light from another company I spent hundreds of dollars on, had to pay to get repaired and it finally quit on me. This light is comparable if not brighter. I charge the battery during my lunch break to ensure it lasts the full day. It clips onto my loupes easily. I would definitely recommend.

Seems to be a solid quality product. Emailed the seller who was very responsive and gave excellent information on the product. Works as advertised and good value for money.
