Operation procedures

1. Turn on the power switch: The power switch is on the right side of the machine,flick on the switch upwards to connect the power, and the power indicator will be lighting;

2.Measurement of the alginate powder: Use the material scoop provided by our company or impression material feeding machine produced by our company to measure appropriate amount of alginate powder;

3.Measurement of mixing water: Measure appropriate distilled water or purified water by measuring pot;

4.Put the above alginate powder and water in the special mixing cup. It is better to pour water first before the alginate powder, so that there will be no dry powder deposition, which could realize better mixing effect;

5.Mixing after the mixing cup with alginate powder and water screwed into the groove of the mixer;

6.Press the “working” button on the operation panel of the right side of the machine,the mixer will finish mixing within dozens of seconds under control of microprocessor.

7.Clean mixing blades: after mixing is completed, please press the “Positioning” button so that blades will drop to the bottom automatically, it will be easier for cleaning of blades. Repress the“Positioning”again after cleaning is finished,and the blades will up to original position.
