Heatless adsorption compressor air dryer system is the device, which with surface of the porous solid material to absorb moisture from the air, to keep lower dew point temperature, dry, and clean air flow. Adsorbents is the activated alumina, which with similar diameter to water molecules. Adsorption at room temperature, pressure of the water molecules from air is higher than in adsorbent, water molecules enter into inner side of adsorbent, the adsorbent is condensed into water droplets on the surface and emit heat of condensation, this heat storage in the upper portion of the adsorption cylinder. During reproduction, about 10% of the dried air flow enter into regeneration cylinder through needle valve to dry the adsorbent, and the stored heat will help to complete this process. Adsorbent after adsorption, regeneration, adsorption, cyclically use, continuous adsorption from air to keep dry air flow.
